Founder's perspective

"The most important transformation question is not are we busy? — it is, are we making the right decisions, controlling the right risks, and creating the value we originally intended?"

Christopher Esper, Founder

That question is often difficult to answer from within a large program. My role is to help leadership see the transformation clearly—without unnecessary complexity, without vendor bias, and without allowing activity to substitute for progress.
